We are seeking a highly motivated Risk Analytics Associate Manager, supporting also Risk/Compliance Operations, with a positive attitude and a desire to prevent online fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing in a high energy, fast paced, ever evolving atmosphere.

Scope & Responsibility:

  • Provides direct supervision to several Risk/Compliance Analysts
  • Mentors and coaches team members; demonstrates best practices, educates others in her/his area of expertise and leads cross-functional teams to complete a project
  • Works independently and proficiently on multiple assignments simultaneously with speed and quality
  • Lead projects focused on risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborates across teams and locations to meet their project goals, resolve any issues, and to implement improvement
  • Ready to roll their sleeves to conduct deep dive analysis when needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills across cross-functional support teams and to Business Unit partners, ability to influence of internal risk and cross-functional teams' roadmaps
  • Expertise in risk or compliance rule writing systems, development and implementation of complex risk decision frameworks
  • Champion in understanding internal and external business processes and data, system and flows, as well as analytical tools, processes and methodologies in their work domain.
  • Ability to solve complex business problems through root cause data and behavioral analysis using findings to develop user stories and solutions.
  • Ability to use critical thinking when proposing a solution for business problems.
  • Always seeks out improvement and innovation opportunities that have a short-term and long-term impact on business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years + experience in online fraud or consumer risk management. Compliance experience is a plus.
  • BS/BA degree in related field or equivalent professional work-related experience
  • 1+ years management experience
