We are looking for an outstanding Product Manager to help drive innovation across our in-person payment experiences. You will join the team responsible for developing mobile SDK that power our customers’ businesses, as well as exploring the problem/solution space, defining the strategy, delivering value to our customers, and much more. As we build payment solutions with rapidly growing capabilities, we need a strong technology and product leader with expertise in software (mobile and web) and who is not afraid of hardware products (this isn’t a hardware role although it requires leveraging devices).


  • Drive PayPal Here SDK from setting the vision, delivering the product, and bringing it to market 
  • Work with customers who leverage our products (SDK) to build amazing in-store experiences
  • Lead a cross-functional team (including data, engineering, design, marketing, etc.) and influence key partners across teams to develop strong relationships that will allow you to work more efficiently and build trust
  • Partner across the org to deliver business results while communicating and influencing effectively 
  • Use data and analytics to make the right, objective decisions for the business
  • Own business outcomes and be responsible for hitting experience and revenue targets by improving and re-imaging the experience for new customers
  • Passion for building amazing software SDK/APIs 
  • Inspire all levels of the organization with your product vision and customer passion 
  • Identify new opportunities based on research, industry trends and best practices, driving innovation 
  • Quantify opportunities by continually assessing the needs of the customer, market trends, competitive opportunities and threats 
  • Define the product and customer experience with high quality business requirements and user stories and manage scope of each product launch to deliver on time and on budget 
  • Help teams move forward swiftly through rigor, speed and transparency in decision-making and removing roadblocks 
  • Identify opportunities in the organization around you (process, people etc.) and drive change to improve 


  • 6+ years of experience in tech or payments company, of which at least 2 years were in Product Management 
  • Experience working in an Agile environment   
  • Great eye for product and passion for
  • Demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products 
  • Passion to seek a deep understanding of customer needs and turn that insight into a compelling vision and drivers to create solutions that solve important jobs for small businesses 
  • Strong execution and ability to drive work to completion 
  • CS degree or strong engineering/programming background 
  • Previous experience working on a developer focused product is a plus
  • Bonus if you have built real world retail experiences or launched/built APIs or SDK
  • BS in CS + 8 yrs experience or MS + 6 yrs experience
