With that, we are excited to say we’re hiring! We are actively seeking a Product Design Manager to help shape a growing portfolio of products.

About the Role: 

You’ll be expected to think holistically about complex systems, empathize with customers, and understand business goals to create compelling and effective user experiences. As a design manager, you will also act as a coach and mentor to designers on your team and be a thoughtful advocate for their careers. 


We’re looking for candidates who live and breathe design with: 

  • 8+ years' experience shipping products used by millions of consumers with experience managing a team of designers 

  • Ability to both provide and receive design criticism constructively, and appreciation for its importance within the design process 

  • Process-oriented but agile mindset: the ability to quickly translate requirements into designs that are both functional and beautiful 

  • Strong product thinking skills 

  • Proficiency in insight-driven decision making (from data and user behavior) 

  • Mastery of design fundamentals in both UI (interaction, visual) and UX (user research, analysis, information architecture, wireframing) 

  • A portfolio demonstrating a clean visual aesthetic and strong eye for detail  

  • Proficiency designing for multiple devices and platforms using current design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, Principle, Framer, etc) 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach 


Bonus Points For:  

  • CSS, HTML, Javascript, and detailed knowledge of how modern web & mobile application are built  

  • Experience designing either E-commerce or Fintech products 

  • Experience designing mobile apps on both iOS and Android 

  • UX Writing
