As a Manager on the product analytics team, you will
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to build world-class products and design hypothesis-driven experiments; make clear, coherent and holistic recommendations based on test results
• Leverage Objective & Key Results (OKR) framework to identify product metrics and monitor product performance through dashboards and ad hoc analysis
• Present findings and recommendations to senior-level/non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  •  6-8 years of relevant work experience in analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing data insights into actionable recommendations 
  • Data driven mindset with degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Psychology or Mathematics;  Masters or MBA preferred
  • Fluent in SQL and Excel; experience with a statistical programming language (e.g., R, Python), visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlikview, and/or web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics) preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.   Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Prior experience in building, developing, leading and retaining high performance teams preferred
  • Prior work experience in management consulting, investment banking, website analytics and/or consumer financial products is highly valued
