The Consumer Experience and Technology Finance team is a key partner and enabler of the Payments organization managing over $5B in transaction expenses and contracts for over 30 partners globally. The team is responsible for guiding the business partners to set, track and course correct to meet annual goals. In this position, you will partner with the senior product leaders of PayPal to build business cases / financial models for key growth accelerators and prospective partnerships, lead analysis on key drivers of product performance, and manage forecasts at a global scale. An ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced financial modeling skills, offer a strategic perspective and possess strong business acumen.

  • Become a domain expert in PayPal Payments and understand eco-system performance
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Regional PMMs to build business cases, financial models and pricing proposals for new products and strategic initiatives and determine impact on P&L
  • Partner with Global partnership team to enable all contract negotiations and build appropriate tracking and monitoring for contract terms
  • Collaborate with analytics partners to define and analyze critical business and financial goals and metrics to drive accountability for product managers and influence critical decision making
  • Work with other regional and cross-functional teams including Accounting, Treasury, Risk and Analytics to deliver valuable insights and recommendation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related
  • 8+ years of professional related experience
  • Commercial and Pricing Strategy
  • Financial Modeling,
  • MS Excel Expert (Macros/VBA)
  • Broad range of experience in solving Analytical problems (Like: Trend & Variance Analysis, Econometric Analysis etc..)
  • Exceptional Communication and presentation skills to various levels of organization
  • SAP / Hyperion / Tableau / Access
