The Senior Relationship Manager serves as a manager for the most strategically important merchants in Brazil. This particular position is responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship with those strategic alliances, as well bringing the deals to maturity and finding new opportunities within the same partners.

The Senior Relationship Manager position is a critical component of the development of PayPal Brazil organization.

The position involves leading the end-to-end relationship development, including creating and managing a proactive agenda with the strategic accounts, be accountable for the governance of the deals and lead new implementations with the merchants, developing marketing programs, and negotiating new commercial agreements.

This role will require tight coordination with a wide range of PayPal teams, including: Sales, Marketing, Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations.

The Senior Relationship Manager will need to engage at very senior levels with merchants and guide executives internally and externally through partnership vision and tactical execution to leverage and develop collaborative relationships to drive broad adoption and acquisition for PayPal.
