We’re looking for a Manager, Marketing Planning and Team Operations to join our Growth Marketing organization. In this role, you will be uniquely positioned to drive cross-team connectivity via annual and in-quarter planning, preparation for executive reporting forums, and short-term strategic initiatives. You will work alongside marketing function leaders to ensure marketing budget, plans, and priorities across segments align to the priorities of the business. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Planning and Team Operations group, you will be working as a strategist, consultant, and implementor in collaboration with the Growth Marketing leadership team and key partners across Product and Sales.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Project manage marketing planning processes in alignment with enterprise planning timelines
Maintain updated plans and priorities between planning cycles, ensuring connectivity of plans with execution and reporting
Partner with marketing, analytics, finance, and cross-functional team members to help conduct marketing budget and plan deep-dives and develop compelling presentations
Support programs connected to annual planning and budgeting, people development, data governance, leadership communications, and stakeholder management
Be an effective communicator with a bias for prioritization, structured problem solving, agility, and creativity to help build business relationships and collaboration across functions
Be a cultural ambassador and champion for One Team behaviors and inclusivity
Core competencies: business acumen, strategic and critical thinking, analytical and data-driven mindset
Business-focused approach toward communication, prioritization, and problem-solving
Experience driving and managing change collaboratively and transparently in a matrixed and dynamic organization

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree
Experience with strategic and workforce planning tools, Microsoft Suite
Quantitative background with experience in marketing required
Proven background in budgeting, marketing planning and financial forecasting strongly preferred
8+ years of experience working in strategic planning, business planning, operations, or similar functions
Fluency in English is required
