The Manager of Marketplace GTM will help define our global value proposition for Marketplaces. This individual will work with a team to identify our key strengths and differentiators to ensure that in the way that we go to market we are addressing these critical ‘sell-through’ channels appropriately. The right candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of our entire value proposition and how it comes together as a solution for marketplaces.

Responsibilities
•    Understand marketplace trends and connect with customer needs through a combination of qualitative/quantitative research including surveys, interviews, and product usage.
•    Partner closely with sales and product teams to understand the target audiences and ensure our value proposition is appropriately targeted to meet their needs. 
•    Leverage customer data to identify/execute opportunities to improve customer experience, inspire the product team and company on how to bring this to life.
•    Package the marketplace value proposition by audience; design and orchestrate global go-to-market plans which can be relevant and implemented at the local level.
•    Deliver consistent positioning, messaging, branding and strategy of our business value proposition to key stakeholders and internal customers


Qualifications
•    Experience in the marketplace segment
•    Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, working through technical, operational, legal/policy and business issues
•    Intensely competitive with a deep understanding of the various market dynamics and competitive environments around the world
•    6+ years working in the marketplace segment
•    Strong quantitative analytical skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
