 Deliver analysis, insights, and the decision strategies function for an area with impact across a business line(s) or with sizable enterprise-wide impact.  Provide leadership to transformation of data into information and provides information and strategic insight that will assist leaders' decision-making.  Formulate vision for analytic opportunities and advancements.  Evaluate, recommend and implement strategies for developing and utilizing technical resources to predict, improve and measure the success of fundamentals and new initiatives linked to business outcomes.  This requires an extensive understanding of internal business strategies and objectives. May also be viewed as an industry expert. Identifies and integrates external market factors that impact or drive business outcomes.  Define measurement standards and collaborates with business partners to achieve consistent agreement and application of definitions, measurements, and interpretation.  Build analytical capabilities and manages modeling, forecasting, reporting and/or data distribution tools and processes. Manages through other managers and/or senior consultants to accomplish objectives  Establish yourself as a champion of diversity  Set a high standard for personal and team member integrity  Proactively identify and manage risks  Create an inclusive environment where even the most junior team member feels valued  Work closely with business partners, data stewards, project/program managers, and other IT teams to turn data into action  Oversee development of predictive modeling algorithms using statistical tools, statistical modeling, optimization, and algorithm development

Around 9+ years in analytics role

M.A./M.Sc./MS/PhD university degree in operations research, applied mathematics,

statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics,

computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative


Programming exposure in SAS or Python including SQL

Relevant  experience with relational databases Teradata, Oracle or similar database

Strong domain knowledge about Payments/Banking industry

Relevant experience of managing people and projects

 Persuasive written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a

dynamic and complex environment

Detail oriented, results driven, and has the ability to navigate in a quickly changing

and high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills

Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of

team members and management

 Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-

paced and results-driven environment

 Ability to learn the business aspects quickly, multitask and prioritize between projects.

Exhibits appropriate sense of urgency in managing responsibilities

Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
