- Develop and implement effective communications strategies for engaging the industry analyst community on a wide-variety of topics.
- Build a deep understanding of the company’s business strategies, product roadmap, growth metrics and objectives in order to tie communications work directly to desired business outcomes.
- Create effective, compelling and insightful materials that drive the company’s technology and product narrative within the analyst community —including announcements, videos, speeches, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Develop messaging documents for executive analyst briefings and interviews.
- Bring analyst reports, data and briefings into the communications team to help shape and support the PayPal narrative.
- Enrich and oversee the processes for using PayPal data within the company’s internal and external communications materials, leveraging industry-leading data governance processes.
- Develop communications strategies and plans to increase internal and external knowledge about PayPal’s business strategy and growth plans and success at executing these plans.
- Manage the company’s awards program and oversee the submission of winning entries Work cross-functionally with members of the product and corporate communications teams to ensure consistency, share resources, and provide 360-degree collaboration across internal and external events and channels.

We are looking for a Manager of Corporate Communications who can drive and evolve our industry analyst program; help us pull and integrate key internal and third-party data points into our corporate story and successful awards program; and build and lead a communications program around our global business strategy and growth narrative. We need a storyteller with strong financial and data literacy. We need someone who can turn a number into a narrative, and someone who can thread regional data points into a global story. We need a creative thinker, strong writer, experienced collaborator and flawless executor who will bring their capabilities and energy to our growing team.    

Equal parts strategy and executional excellence, this role calls for someone who can manage multiple programs simultaneously while also ensuring that every single element ladders up to larger corporate narrative and objectives. Exceptional relationships within the industry analyst community, and a natural understanding and love for metrics and data is a must. Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications, this high-profile, high-opportunity position will have the chance to shape our product and technology narrative and create new touch points with key internal and external audiences.
