Responsible for the development and execution of segment Consumer Marketing Programs and calendar for PayPal across the portfolio of our fastest growing 170+ International markets. Developing strategies that build a sustainable foundation for new market entry, elevate the brand and increase demands for our products.​

  • Partner with in-country teams and key stakeholders to create and deliver best in class segment marketing plans across the funnel to inspire consumers and grow market share​

  • Lead efforts to synthesize consumer targets, addressable audience and target penetration across portfolio and define areas of focus to increase results eg Gamers​

  • Clearly articulate Value Proposition and key messaging​

  • Own and execute against the consumer facing marketing calendar​

  • Play the Portfolio game to optimize resource allocation and program prioritization ​

  • Partner with the sales teams to inspire merchants and partners with best in class comarketing and partnership marketing programs for mutual commercial benefit.​

  • Partner with insights and analytics to expand brand performance and to inform marketing plans ​

  • Manage, mentor and inspire the Consumer Segment Marketing Team, to achieve their goals, to contribute to the business and to develop, learn and grow while they build a successful marketing career at PayPal​
