Lead App Store strategy and execution driving sign-up lift across all consumer apps for PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape the App Store strategy, approach and performance optimization to drive sign-up lift across all consumer apps for Venmo, Xoom and PayPal (Core markets e.g. US, UK, DE, FR, etc.).
  • Establish new process and cadence to effectively lead ASO across the company in close partnership with Product, Product Marketing and Marketing stakeholders
  • Increase app ranking, visibility and conversion of App Store and Google Play through continuous testing & optimization. Ensures we have the right measurement methodology
  • Lead the creative development and coordinate localization across all core markets.
  • Operate as part of a high-performance squad embodying agile ways of working
  • Work closely with the paid acquisition team to maximize app traffic and conversion from paid experiments and always-on acquisition.
  • Work closely with the Product and Wallet Segment team on ongoing new releases and major launch moments

About you:

  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and updates
  • Experience with analytics & SEO tools, such as AppAnnie, Google Analytics, Adwords, Search Console, ranking tools, SEMRush, etc.
  • Growth driven with entrepreunarial mindset
  • Expertise with ASO, i.e. algorithms, optimization methods, and paid amplification strategies
  • Experience in generating ideas for store experiments, A/B tests conducting experience and validating the reliability of their results
  • Passion for PayPal and its mission
  • Bachelor’s Degree
