PayPal seeks a business-savvy, data-driven and action-oriented individual to join its entrepreneurial Product Analytics team as a Manager, Checkout Analytics. You will be working as part of a cross-functional team – including product managers, designers, engineers, marketing, finance and other analytics professionals – to execute high-priority product initiatives aimed at delighting our customers and delivering business results.

• Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to help drive improvements to our customer experience and deliver profitable growth from online and mobile checkout.

• Build business cases and financial models to help quantify and prioritize opportunities

• Exercise solid judgment in understanding what matters most and independently prioritizing / structuring your work accordingly.

• Help design and interpret A/B tests, providing our business partners with clear, well-articulated and holistic recommendations based on test results.

• Identify key metrics and build exec-facing dashboards to track progress of the business in so far as it drives decisions about future actions.

• Be able to roll up your sleeves and work with large quantities of data using Excel, SQL, SAS, Tableau and other statistical/visualization tools.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Quantitative Research required , MBA preferred

• 7+ years experience working in a data science discipline or finance role working on business cases or forecasting in products analytics.

• Prior Checkout experience is a plus
