We are helping rethink how we use data at PayPal to fulfill the needs of our customers (both internal and external). We drive creation of delightful, frictionless and complaint payment experiences while maximizing the value of our data.

This role will be responsible for:
•    Demonstrated capability to manage rhythms and coordinate business and technical teams across operational processes (demand management, prioritization, cost management, contract approvals, workforce management, recruiting, evaluation, compensation, etc).
•    Acquainted with the software development lifecycle and managing the process to get accurate reporting from multiple teams across each stage.
•    Able to handle financial planning cycles, annual, forecast revisions, planning and budgeting.
•    Track record in organizing and managing demand pipeline, decisioning / prioritization at multiple stages and presenting/discussing options with groups of stakeholders.
•    Ability to handle global organizations with multiple delivery centers and LOBs, ideally in the financial technology space (Fintech and/or banking).
•    Excellent interpersonal / communications and capability to interact efficiently with Finance, Legal, HR, PMO and Chief of Staff functions.
•    Domain knowledge about the financial / compliance space, ability to marshal through business cases of investment with savings or revenue associated to them.
•    Ability to aggregate status reports and drive automated solutions to portray progress, dependencies and utilization of multiple teams across the board.
 

Qualifications/ Education/Experience/Skills:

  • 8+ years Business Operations experience
  • Operate with strong integrity with the ability to handle projects of a sensitive and confidential nature.
  • Demonstrates strong and effective leadership skills and ability to operate comfortably within a complex cultural, global environment.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with all levels of management.
  • Possess sound judgment, flexibility and nimbleness in changing courses and solving problems swiftly.
