We are looking for a new analyst to join our Security M&A team to: Manage Information Security M&A due diligence and integration planning activities Mature the overall Mergers & Acquisitions due diligence processes, methodology, and approach Manage internal and outsourced teams to conduct security assessment and testing of networks, platforms, and applications Identify gaps, assess risks, and develop and manage remediation action plans through the whole M&A process Assist with development of integration plans for acquired companies

We are looking for a new analyst to join our Security M&A team to:

  • Manage Information Security M&A due diligence and integration planning activities
  • Mature the overall Mergers & Acquisitions due diligence processes, methodology, and approach
  • Manage internal and outsourced teams to conduct security assessment and testing of networks, platforms, and applications
  • Identify gaps, assess risks, and develop and manage remediation action plans through the whole M&A process
  • Assist with development of integration plans for acquired companies

Qualifications

  • Experience across a range of enterprise-wide information security functions, technology architectures, capabilities, and processes.
  • 4+ years of experience in an information security position
  • Experience of M&A related technology and security due diligence
  • Specific experience leading network and application vulnerability scanning and pen testing
  • Strong working knowledge of Identity and Access Management, Cryptography and Key Management, and Vulnerability Management
  • Experience in financial services or security technology industries, preferably in dynamic and fast changing environments
  • Familiarity with industry and government regulatory obligations, including PCI DSS,SOX, SSAE 16
  • Deep and proven understanding of risk management

  • Ability to produce high quality technical reports for a wide variety of audiences including executive staff.
  • Self-motivated and directed with strong bias to action
  • A demonstrated ability to lead with innovative ideas rather than follow the competition or take traditional approaches.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with deep understanding of the impact of security initiatives on the financial performance of the business
  • Lateral thinking and perseverance in achieving goals
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, change and conflicting priorities
  • Ability to make high quality decisions with limited information
  • A quick learner undaunted by complex systems
