This Learning and Organization Development (L&OD) role supports and partners with client group leaders to enable them to meet their organizational objectives through leveraging L&OD diagnostics and interventions specifically in the areas of:
• Leadership capability development
• Talent Management
• Employee Engagement
• Performance management
• New Leader on-boarding and acceleration
• Organization Development and Change Management working with and through local HR functions.
• Delivering Global L&OD and HR priorities.

1. Partner with client group leaders to measure & improve organization effectiveness through OD diagnosis and interventions, aligning around strategic business priorities, and being a key partner in implementation of organization change.
2. Partner with HR and client groups to deliver Leadership programs that build leadership capabilities required to meet business needs and priorities
3. Partner with L&OD, HR, and business partners to implement corporate level programs.
4. Understand and define business needs of client groups and plan L&OD interventions to meet those needs whilst balancing local and global priorities, ensuring alignment and scalability
5. Support Global L&OD interventions and work with HR to ensure practical implementation specifically in areas such as: Onboarding, Performance Mgt, Employee Engagement; Skill Development, Organization & Talent Reviews and execution on the overall Talent Management Strategy.
