Program Manager - Legal Pricing
This is a new role to support our growing partnership with Legal to standardize pricing
within our legal contracts (User Agreements & Merchant), along with the continued support associated with Salesforce Pricing to contract processes (Agreement templates, Term Exceptions, etc)

Job Description

  • Program Manage a cross-functional project with Legal & Marketing to improve pricing within our User Agreements
  • Work with teams across the business to ensure accuracy/scalability with pricing projects touching agreement flows.
  • Manage User Agreement changes related to pricing projects
  • Create a Legal Pricing terms library in Salesforce to standardize pricing terms globally
  • Design Merchant Agreement templates globally, in conjunction with Legal
  • Assist with overall improvement to our Price-to-Contract process
  • Ensure agreements are fully compliant and pricing can be supported within system limitations

  • Ability to proactively identify pricing issues within PayPal’s legal agreements, evaluate risks and negotiate solutions
  • Ability to find practical solutions that address the needs of various stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to foster trust and respect and to create friendly and collaborative relationships with cross functional business units, including Senior level management
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize and execute in a fact paced, demanding and rapidly changing work environment

Experience:

  • Current or prior experience working with contracts/legal agreements (Required)
  • 4+ years Project/Program Management Experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com tool
  • SOX Background/awareness
