Support PayPal Real Estate & Facilities with all processing of all lease documentation and database management, monthly rent schedule review, lease execution and other corporate real estate matters. Coordinates with AP to ensure that rent payments are processed accurately and in accordance with lease requirements. Monitors upcoming lease expirations and option notice dates. Provides ongoing administrative support for Head of Global Real Estate, Assistant Real Estate Manager and Legal. Coordinates lease execution for global lease transactions. Prepares ad hoc lease data reports for Finance and Accounting and responds to frequent internal requests for lease information. Assists Assistant Real Estate Manager with serviced office agreements and other lease related tasks

Support the Global Real Estate team by maintaining the lease administration database as well as other assigned tasks relative to the ongoing operations of the corporate real estate portfolio.

Primary responsibilities include PayPal Real Estate Team with all lease documentation and database management, monthly rent schedule review, lease execution and other corporate real estate matters.  Includes monitoring upcoming lease expirations and option notices and ongoing support for global lease transactions.

Qualifications -

  • Experienced individual with 2-3 years commercial real estate experience
  • Maintain lease database in Visual Lease
  • Coordinate with Accounting Policy Group on FASB/IFRS rent schedules within Visual Lease
  • Point of contact for APG responding to inquiries
  • Provide administrative support for lease transactions
  • Prepare real estate documents for execution and create CRF in Apptus
  • Prepare monthly sublease rent invoices and monitor timely receipt of sublease rents
  • Respond to internal requests from Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Risk and others regarding lease information
  • Obtain Treasury approval on all credit support such as parent guarantees, letters of credit and cash security deposits
  • Process security deposit payments and other ad hoc lease payment requests; obtain required approvals according to Financial Authority Policy
  • Track all security deposit refunds
  • Prepare ad hoc Excel spreadsheets as requested
  • Support leasing efforts by Real Estate leasing team
