The CS trainer based in Bangalore will be responsible for delivering a range of training for Global Customer Service (GCS) teammates to help them understand PayPal business model, PayPal product, processes and industry knowledge. The training includes: new hire training, Up-Skilling, refresher, soft skills and ad hoc training deliverables. He/she will work on cross functional improvement projects as well as global projects to drive the business KPIs. He/she will also need to collaborate with global training team and cross functional teams and acts as a SME for CS operation team. Areas of focus include: developing and delivering training, project management, training needs identification, assessment of the effectiveness of training, coaching, facilitation and review of key customer metrics.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Delivers all required training to the business area that they support including but not limited to New Hire, Up-Skilling, soft skills training etc
•Partners with the business to identify and agree training requirements
•Works to identify training needs vs non-training needs and advises the business accordingly
•Develops the training including defining the learning objectives, researching content, selecting appropriate learning methods and creating the materials
•Administers tests and evaluates learners performance
•Recommends changes or modifications to training programs
•Works with the team coordinator to ensure that all training is scheduled and logistics are well completed in the system right after training.
•Delivers soft skills training and behavioral training programs appropriately
•Works in partnership with the curriculum design manager to audit training materials for consistency and relevance
•Works with cross functional team to improve the end to end customer experience
•Seeks feedback, trends and insights from teammates to improve training processes
•Collaborates with local and global training team
•Supports key business initiatives
•Takes calls, works emails, cases as per department on a monthly basis
•Travels to deliver training as required
