The role is temporary and limited to 12 months, with the potential to be extended to a longer period, based on the company’s needs. About Product & Risk Talent Development: The team is responsible for functional training (Onboarding, Risk & Product, Technology etc.) across the organization, alongside people development programs (such as Leadership Development, Top Talent, Team Development, etc.). The team members are spread out across the major Risk sites – San Jose, Tel Aviv, Shanghai and Chennai, and lead global programs across all these sites.

The role is temporary and limited to 12 months, with the potential to be extended to a longer period, based on the company’s needs.

What does Success Look Like?

The team is looking for a Learning & Development Program manager for its EMEA region (based in Tel Aviv).

You will be in charge of planning, design and execution of development programs taking place in Tel Aviv and around the globe (travel is expected).

This includes:

  • Collaborating with business leaders at all levels, and the global Talent Development Team to build and lead a variety of learning and development programs and offerings
  • Project manage and facilitate the end-to-end delivery of local and global development program.
  • Developing and experimenting with new learning solutions and creating intellectual property that advances the impact for learners; developing programmatic solutions with multiple connection points across offerings
  • Systematically develop and improve key training programs at a time, including program design, scheduling session preparation, and communication to all participants and trainers.
  • Work with our global team to support, develop and execute training programs and plans.
  • Build a comprehensive set of analytics to measure learning effectiveness and impact; managing evaluation for assigned programs

About You

  • 2-4 years of experience in training, facilitation, and learning program management, in a Hi-Tech global corporate.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing on multiple complex projects at a time, and break large scale projects to detailed tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to get high engagement while working with teams across the organization under a tight schedule.
  • Experience developing written and visual content that effectively translates complex material into digestible components.
  • Ability to consistently recognize opportunities for improvement and develop and execute on new ideas to improve training programs.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and writing) – a must
