PayPal Invoicing team provides a platform for merchants to send invoices to their buyers and get paid via PayPal in a fast and efficient manner.
We are looking for a passionate engineer who loves to build great experiences for our customers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Someone who is enthusiastic and takes pride in taking our multimillion dollar product to the next level.

Required Skills:

  • Experience of over 9 years with solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and design patterns.
  • Proficient in Java, J2EE and related technologies.
  • Experience developing data-driven applications using an industry standard RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies. (ex: Angular, React)
  • Take care of the product across its lifecycle (from design, development, automation and fixing live defects).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Great trouble shooting skills.

Desired skills:

  • Hands on experience with writing specifications for API’s using REST principles
  • Experience in a product-based company.
  • Followed Agile methodology in previous work.
