The PayPal Global Credit Revolving Product team is responsible for all the revolving credit products at PayPal.  This consists of our virtual product PayPal Credit available in the US and UK and our co-brand card products that are available in the US and soon to be AU.   The Product team is responsible for managing the entire life cycle of the products from new product development, product releases, and ongoing optimization and support with a customer-first centric view.

The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for all our Co-Brand credit products and for managing, designing, and building world-class credit products and experiences. The Lead Product Manager will:



  • directly manage a team of 3-4 products managers



  • develop and launch new products and manage our portfolio of existing products



  • work closely with senior executives and business teams to help deliver on yearly product performance targets



  • identify areas of opportunity for growth and opportunities to drive increased customer engagement



  • work closely with multi-functional areas across PayPal and different regions, including business and marketing partners, legal, compliance, and risk



  • work closely with dev teams in an agile environment and prioritize backlogs



  • monitor product performance and proactively identify issues/opportunities




Skill set requirements:



  • 5 – 10 years of product experience



  • Experience managing teams



  • Ability to work with a wide range of functions ranging from business experts to developers



  • Experience managing traditional agile responsibilities of a product owner



  • Strong communication skills including presentation skills to executives



  • Track record of delivering high quality products that meet customer needs



  • Strong understanding of business KPI’s and the ability to drive them



  • Experience in an agile development environment a plus
