Partners are a significant channel for acquiring new sellers to PayPal. The mission of the Partner Products team is to build the right set of products and features that enable partners and their sellers to seamlessly onboard, process and manage their payments with PayPal.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager who is pre-wired to love understanding people, their problems, and is passionate about creating experiences that are simple and effective. You will own, drive and create world-class partner experiences throughout the lifecycle.

You are entrepreneurial, customer-centric and are laser focused on executing at scale. In this role, you will partner with diverse cross-functional teams to define, lead, execute, monitor, and deliver results for partners. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strategic vision, & roadmap for optimizing our partner experiences throughout the lifecycle.
  • Create a deep understanding of our partners and understand what they want to accomplish. Analyze current experiences to define friction points. Leverage this to create simple and effective experiences to help partners accomplish their objectives and create value.
  • Author detailed product requirements and lead an agile team of engineers and designers.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your features.
  • Build relationships with the wide array of teams who own elements of the vision to share execution and create disciplined accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams and product managers to ensure that the product solution delivers against regional business objectives & partner needs..
  • Build trust and effective relationships with peers and provide leadership across the division, product, and/or partner ecosystem.

Required Skills:

  • Experienced as a global product manager with a track record of designing, building and launching products that customers love and have a real business impact.
  • Strong customer understanding skills, ability to explore and structure customers’ insights.
  • Problem framing – you can cut through the noise and laser focus on what really matters
  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to dive into details, unfazed by technology complexity.
  • Experience working on simple and intuitive user interfaces—ability to create examples through wireframes.
  • Developed multi year visions for product aligned with business strategies. Have worked with one more large enterprises building highly scalable products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player; ability to interface and build relations at all levels internally and externally.
  • Experience managing other product managers
  • 8+ years of overall industry experience. 5+ years as a product manager. Bachelor’s required, MBA or MS preferred.
