This role provides the opportunity to define, design and deliver a new business loyalty and rewards program from the ground up. We are looking for an innovative, self-driven, experienced product manager to join our team.

As Lead Product Manager for PayPal Business Loyalty and Rewards, you will lead the team that defines and delivers a loyalty program that will:

  • Provide an engaging, highly valued loyalty program for both existing and new customers.
  • Recognize and reward the success and achievements of small businesses.
  • Inspire their future success through goals and incentives.


Responsibilities:


Be deeply in tune with the needs of small businesses.  Develop a deep understanding of the small business segment and their needs from a loyalty program.

  • Establish strong quantitative and qualitative understanding of the needs of small businesses and the economics of a business loyalty program.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of payments market, technology trends and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, customer feedback and internal data to help define, design and deliver new product offerings.

  • Identify the dimensions and core offerings for a loyalty program that will engage, delight and reward.
  • Define solution value propositions for targeted customers and defining objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Design and execute in-market tests, perform test/control analysis and formulate recommendations.
  • Rapidly iterate on tests while sharing key insights and informing future product iteration.
  • Manage execution of A/B tests across to increase engagement and grow consumption of services, including innovative pricing/packaging approaches, special offers, promotions and customer adoption programs. 
  • Dig deep into product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Drive cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
  • Clearly communicate plans, insights, data and results to executives, other product teams, cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations and finance.
  • Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams. 
  • Work with marketing to monitor the results of product launches, evangelism activities and marketing campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Establish customer and sales feedback loops to synthesize feedback and prioritize feature requests and driving follow-up actions and communications.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience with Product management or development.
  • 5+ years' experience working with global products in leadership position.
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or a Business Degree.
  • Strong understanding of e-Commerce, online marketing and advertising domains in consumer web / retail industry.
  • Work effectively with external Partner teams in ideating, building and bringing products to market together.
  • Proven experience of managing products especially working with senior leader and partners.
  • Experience working with Global markets.
  • A strong track record of delivering high quality products and customer experiences in a very high growth environment where priorities and structures may shift.
  • Previous entrepreneurial experience or MBA is preferred.
