This role will be responsible to support and execute against the integrated demand generation strategy for PayPal's merchant business. The ultimate objective of this role is to generate customer demand and deliver quality leads to support the SMB sales team across APAC in exceeding their revenue goals.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in driving the APAC sales team success. This role will report to the Head of Demand Generation, APAC, and will work closely with internal stakeholders, industry partners, 3rd party agencies to support the Go-to-market strategy for key APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute defined strategy by driving key demand generation initiatives
  • Identify and drive partnerships with industry players to generate leads and referrals for PayPal
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to acquire quality lead data to enrich the existing lead database
  • Support digital and social media campaigns to achieve defined objectives
  • Build relationship and work closely with sales teams to suggest and implement new ideas and processes to maximize efficiency
  • Drive sales campaigns, use SFDC for performance tracking and management of campaigns, regular reporting of lead and pipeline performance Regular update on progress with the leadership team, support business decisions with data driven insights
  • Collaborate and synergize with cross function /regional and global teams to implement best practice

Experience and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Demand Generation and Marketing experience
  • Analytical skills and competencies in Excel 
  • APAC market knowledge and experience
  • Self-started, ability to own and execute against defined strategy
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in eCommerce, technology in a fast pace environment
  • Experience in social selling and digital marketing
  • Ability to travel
