The Product Marketing team is setup to drive product commercial success in partnership with Market, Global Product and Sales teams. Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) accomplish this by deeply understanding and consistently championing the needs of the customer as a representative voice in all discussions and decisions, ensuring product and feature releases solve tangible customer pain points. The LATAM Head of Product Marketing is responsible for building a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, regulatory environment and financial services system as well as local culture & interaction with PayPal’s products & services across all customer segments. The PMM will connect the dots between Market, Global Marketing, Product and Sales teams at a local level to ensure accurate definition and prioritization of product and feature releases, improvements and bug fixes.

•    Continually define the most important customer needs and opportunities for LATAM region. Actively interact with local customers & partners to deeply understand their needs as well as any unique country, regulatory, and currency requirements. 
•    Create a clear understanding of opportunities across product and customer segments in LATAM region to allow prioritization at the global level.
•    Subject matter expert on how digital payments is evolving in LATAM region – current market trends & needs, changing market dynamics, regulatory changes, competition mapping etc.
•    Be the customers’ voice by providing insights and feedback from customers and partners to help learn and improve existing solutions and future offerings. 
•    Design go-to-market strategy & plan for new product launches in the market and successfully scale the products to commercial success. 
•    Lead cross-group collaboration for commercial launch activities; articulate progress against success metrics, lead corrective actions and drive accountability across functions to achieve commercial success.
