Job Requirements • Build, test, deploy, troubleshoot and analyze effectiveness of routing rules. • Provide routing options that meet change requestor’s objective as well as the strategies that are in place. • Partner with the business to consult and enable strategic changes (planning & execution). • Partner with IT and product managers to enable state of the art routing capabilities and best practices. • Identify routing opportunity and issues from data driven approach • Analyze current tools and processes and proactively recommend changes to increase efficiencies using tools we own as well as knowledge of other potential systems/processes. • Evaluate system functionality & provide input on enhancement requests with product manager and/or vendor. Basic Qualifications • Master or equivalent degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer and Engineering. • Availability and flexibility to support global changes needed in alignment with customer and business needs, including monitoring and troubleshooting. • Maintain high-level knowledge of all phases of workforce management including planning, forecasting, scheduling and real time / intra-day functions. • Maintain acceptable level of commitment which includes more than just showing up for work, more than just performing expectations, seeking out additional responsibilities, volunteering for special projects, identifying oneself as a go-to individual, flexibility with change and a passion for the product and company. • Experience in manipulating large and complex datasets through statistical software, such as Python or SAS or R. • Experienced with report analysis and development using business intelligence tools such as Tableau. Able to pick up new programming skills quickly.
