Job Responsibilities • Conduct sophisticated quantitative analysis and drive deep business insights • Design and implement decision strategies to optimize risk-reward tradeoffs • Design, develop and maintain solution performance tracking dashboards to meet customized needs • Build analytics support to drive effective analytics to identify opportunity in risk, compliance and customer service and provide business solutions to address the pain-points in close collaboration with partners to improve business results

•    Master degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related fields. 
•    Strong logical thinking capability. Understanding of various analytical and modeling methods is a strong plus. 
•    Strong software programming skills and familiar with at least one programming language. Experience in managing large volumes of complex data (SAS, SQL, Python, Excel/VBA, Excel PivotTables) is a strong plus. 
•    Good communication skills. Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and oral. 
•    Knowledge of E-commerce, online payment and mobile a is a strong plus
