Intern Strategic Consumer Marketing (M/F)

A typical day for the Marketing intern will include:


You will support the team in their core marketing tasks, i.e. addressing Consumers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. That includes the creation of concepts and implementation of marketing campaigns as well as independent activities in your own projects.

  • Planning and operational implementation of multi-channel campaigns via newsletter, website, mobile pages as well as through offline channels:
    - Support of conceptual work of marketing campaigns with implementation for the launch and further
     commercialization of new products for the DEATCH market.
    - Support of conceptual work of marketing campaigns with implementation for cross-/ upselling and customer
     retention for the DEATCH market.
  • Development of unconventional ideas and an energetic and reliable realization of projects.
  • Participation in cross-functional project teams
  • Reporting of campaigns and performance reviews

  • You and your team deliver outstanding and appealing campaigns and customer programs to win new customers, enhance the engagement of our existing customer base and drive loyalty & advocacy.
  • You help improving the marketing activities by preparing reports and performance reviews and support the team in the deduction of learnings
  • You see the positive impact of your work in supporting the target achievement of our business KPIs
  • You provide fresh ideas for new marketing activities and how to improve the realization of projects
  • You are seen as a proactive and engaged supporter of your team and their stakeholders.
  • You are flexible and willing to take on any challenge in front of you or your team with a high level of passion and creativity

About You  

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (marketing, communication, business) preferred
  • Ideally first practical experience in the area of marketing / online marketing / sales /CRM
  • High level of personal initiative as well as assertiveness and result-oriented working
  • Open and communicative
  • Very good English & German skills, Internet affinity and safe handling of MS-Office
  • Quick perception, very good analytical skills, structured working method
  • Flexible, motivated, creative and resilient
  • Enjoying work
  • Start date – End of July
