PayPal is focused on maximizing the adoption, use, and preference for PayPal on-line by addressing customer needs, both merchant and consumer, more effectively than any other payments provider and by offering customers the best payment experience on the web. Team: The Western Europe Marketing team aims at acquiring ang engaging customers over 10+ markets including France, Benelux, Italy, Spain, and the Nordics. This role works closely with the leads for acquisition and for Engagement, as well as our Marketing hubs for Core Markets.

Core Responsibilities:

You will own projects in 3 areas:

  • Analyze, develop, test and iterate on a new data driven initiative to target and engage a specific segments of consumers, leveraging models and consumer behavioral insights. Work on the creative as well as targeting and channel strategy.
  • Drive customer lifetime value by running cross-sell campaigns for our remittance product, in collaboration with the Core Hub and the dedicated team.
  • Develop communications for compliance related projects, making these a competitive advantage.

Job requirements:

  • Passion for digital marketing techniques and interest in customer behavior.
  • Very organized and strong attention to detail.
  • Loving data as well as customer insights
  • Autonomous, coming with proposals and initiatives.
  • Collaborative, eager to work in an international environment and across multiple teams.
  • Team spirit, entrepreneurship, eagerness to take responsibility, sense of humor.
  • Concrete and action-oriented personality.
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in other European languages is an advantage.
