PayPal Information Security Integration is looking for a results driven person to join their team.  The BU Integration Workstream Manager is responsible for overseeing Information Security integration work with our acquired properties.  This role requires the person to be able to understand several different technical working environments and relay this information back to our Information Security leadership.  Our acquired properties are all over the US, as well as international, so travel will be required.  We are looking for consistent leadership, technical understanding, and strong relationship management with our stakeholders to assure all Information Security requirements are met across environments.  The ability to build relationships quickly and influence without authority will be critical to the success of this role.  If you are looking for a challenging and exciting role with a really great team, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of Information Security requirements across all acquired properties
  • Align requirements to each org’s priorities – either as part of the integration timeline during acquisition or as part of ongoing uplift after initial M&A activities are complete
  • Create weekly presentations for status to the M&A and Integration committee
  • Present acquisition status to CISO and other Information Security leadership at least monthly
  • Build and maintain relationships with Information Security leaders at PayPal and assure the integration program is aligned to strategic Information Security initiatives
  • Hire, manage and mentor integration leads who will own integration projects
  • Learn quickly and continue to expand on existing technology knowledge & skillset
  • Represent Paypal Information Security Integration to the newest members of the PayPal family

Requirements:

  • 8 years of management experience, including at least 2 years’ experience with large budget, cross functional projects
  • Tenacious drive – demonstrated track record to drive an initiative to completion in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to influence peers and leaders to build consensus while dealing with ambiguity – delegate or make decisions when necessary
  • Strong understanding of information security principles and technology (knowledge will be expanded on the job)
  • Fluent in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
  • Fun, get stuff done attitude
