The integration manager based in Shenzhen, he/she must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users from enterprise organisations and channel partners, matching their business processes with PayPal’s payment processing services. The IE must be able to identify and troubleshoot technical issues and ensure Integrations follow best practice guidelines that enhance the consumer experience. The IE will assure client satisfaction and establish and maintain strong relationships acting as the primary point of contact during the Integration process.

The IE will collaborate closely with sales, account and product management and have extensive contact with PayPal’s global Sales engineer team.

  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience in web application development or prior experience in integration management or sales engineering & have related experience in sales, engagement management, project, or product management
  • The candidate nice to have experience with enterprise organisations preferably retailers/eCommerce/payment gateways/hosting companies, ISP's/Application Developers
  • Payments experience is preferred but not essential
  • Professional and engaging communication skills with ability to adjust communication to any audience
  • Ability to rapidly understand new products and demonstrate adaptive problem solving skills
  • Able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and flexible approaches
  • Technical skills, including:
    • Web application development (ASP.NET, Java, PHP, Cold Fusion etc) required
    • Knowledge of enterprise software & applications (Databases, LDAP, Exchange, GDS, etc)
    • Knowledge of software development technologies (i.e. Java, .NET, etc)
    • Related enterprise software (collaboration, project management, software development tools)
  • Degree qualified in EE, Computer Science or a related field
  • Organised and analytical with a proven ability for attention to detail
  • Confident, outgoing and customer focused personality with a passion for business development
  • Fluent English skill.
