You will be part of the team responsible for building integrated marketing programs that help define and tell our PayPal story to customers across the world on the Global Brand Team. Our Integrated Marketing efforts need to be globally scalable which means you will need to collaborate across the organization to establish processes and working models to develop breakthrough customer-centric campaigns that are consistent and structured for marketing teams across PayPal. You will need to manage launch deadlines and campaign deliverables, prioritize effectively for the team, run effective meetings crossing several priorities, products, launches and segments, ensuring teams are tracking accordingly and in a disciplined approach.
The Integrated Marketing Program Manager role is a high-impact role in which your business expertise, marketing acumen, customer understanding, familiarity with brand and product marketing channels and interpretation of results will materially influence decisions directly affecting the growth trajectory of our business.

  • Program definition and sell-in/briefing across the business and across multiple PayPal audience segments and orchestrate multiple launches at once, clearly articulate timelines and flag issues
  • Program management: you will work with partners from across the business (including channels teams, creative teams, agencies, segment teams, country teams, GTM teams,  leadership, sales ops, legal) to ensure marketing cohesiveness and a plan of record for key product launches
  • Establishing processes and working models to drive consistency in execution and accountability across orgs and delivery of marketing assets
  • Tracking and reporting progress of marketing programs, flagging and addressing risks to launch timelines. Own overall launch schedule and track dependencies and risks
  • Run, recommend, track effective launch readiness communications and sessions from briefing to deliverables to post mortems with a clear understanding of KPIs and outcomes with the right documentation
  • Provide regular programs updates to executive stakeholders
  • Drive global change management across all cross-functional teams and motivate through value and accountability for the brand 

Skills & Experience:

  • Marketing Program Manager: can manage multiple complex and time-sensitive programs with multiple dimensions with strong discipline and organization, understand excellent creative output
  • Collaborator: can pull together and drive execution from cross functional teams and build strong, trusted relationships with global counterparts.Proven success with change management at a large organization
  • Strong, poised communicator: with the ability to turn a high level concept into a clear narrative with executive-ready materials
  • Influencer: can bring groups with disparate or competing incentives together to reach consensus for a shared outcome
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management with focus on global campaign development for a major brand, preferably fast-paced tech environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
