We are seeking a senior HR integration analyst to join our growing HR Mergers & Acquisitions global integration team.

We are looking for a senior HR integration analyst to join our growing HR mergers & acquisitions team. This role will be responsible for activities related to the end to end integration of HR mergers & acquisition related projects and assignments. As part of a global team, this role will be responsible for helping to develop and provide scalable, repeatable, and transferable processes, methodologies, playbooks and tools to further evolve PayPal’s HR M&A capabilities in line with deal volume and requirements.
Responsibilities include delivering on work and activities in support of the program management structure (e.g., roles, responsibilities, processes, and tools) to drive due diligence through integration success, minimize execution risks, and drive efficiencies while also identifying opportunities to enhance and scale the current model.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assess and analyze organizational, people and HR data and functional implications of deals
  • Assess and analyze risk and identify recommendations for potential mitigation activities
  • Develop, prepare and manage due diligence reports, data & activities
  • Develop, prepare and manager post-deal close integration project plans
  • Identify, coordinate and engage resources and deliverables across HR and functional teams to facilitate and enable integration activities according to plan
  • Report progress to plan, and elevate issues through resolution management
  • Inform and engage appropriate stakeholders regarding deal, due diligence and integration planning
  • Orchestrate the planning, analysis, and timeline of PayPal’s acquired employee on-boarding experience
  • Develop and deliver detailed workstream integration plans on-time & on-budget  
  • Partner with team to help plan, develop and deliver systems, process and training to acquiring business units
  • Support and enable quality control and continuous improvement processes of deliverables

The preferred candidate will have:

  • Successful track record of problem solving, a “can-do” attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise positively with all levels of management
  • Strong analytical mindset and skillset– ability to analyze and interpret data to draw accurate conclusions and recommendations
  • Strong project management skillset – ability to prepare, analyze and lead the planning and delivery of complex tasks and projects requiring coordination of work across multiple stakeholders, negotiation, consensus building and problem resolution, and consistent demonstration of process improvement
  • Understanding of all HR disciplines, including the HR business partner role, organizational development, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and operations
  • Ability to build, nurture & influence partnerships across a global, matrixed organization
  • Previous M&A analyst and/or project management experience required.
  • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree. An advanced degree is preferred.
