This role is an exciting opportunity within the newly formed Global Lifecycle Shared Service whose purpose is to enable the application and acceleration of best practice Customer Lifecycle Management globally. Through close collaboration with regional lifecycle marketing leads and internal partners, we will improve on customer experiences and drive business outcomes.

This role will combine the need for strategic thinking, strong change management and a roll up your sleeves attitude to solving challenging problems and addressing complex opportunities. This is a role for a high energy lifecycle and CRM marketing manager who is passionate about delivering business results and able to people and teams of diverse skill sets and perspectives together to drive continuous improvement.

  • Support the Global lifecycle shared services team to execute a global shared services program.
  • Identification and sharing of lifecycle best practices across regions.
  • Work with regions on the identification and sizing of key lifecycle opportunities to drive improved business outcomes.
  • Reporting and tracking on KPI performance of the regional lifecycle programs against a consistent segmentation framework.
  • Develop and deploy consistent taxonomy for consumer lifecycle framework and gain stakeholder feedback.
  • Development of process mapping and RASCI for campaign operations to support lifecycle product development.
  • Vendor management – support on statements of work and budget management.
