We are recruiting the next great GTA Operations Specialist to join our team and help build the Paypal of the future.

  • Design, create, and implement content that will enable us to build global standards for top recruiting talent – i.e. What does a world class recruiter look like?
  • Work closely with GTA Leaders to understand the analytics required to measure performance and provide the reports and insights to deliver this.
  • Collaborate across the GTA organization to create a consistent approach to how we communicate information and share best practices, updates, and successes.
  • Support GTA initiatives and projects as requested.
  • Get to the root cause of any issue to solve problems, no matter how complex, and design and implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines.
  • Serving as a resource for team leaders in handling operational issues, best practices and processes that drive the recruiting process.
  • Serve as part of the Operations team focused on balancing internal and external critical stakeholders while ensuring operational efficiency & a frictionless customer experiences.
  • Advising team leaders and team members on the application of processes, systems, regulations and policies across talent acquisition. 

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of staffing experience in an in-house talent acquisition organization.
  • 2 years of project/program management experience.
  • Proven track record of success in all aspects of recruiting.
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition operations, best practices and compliance.
  • Highly deadline-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven track record of developing recruiting professionals at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends.
  • Adept at influencing through strong relationships, expertise and data. Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in deeply complex strategy discussions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
