The Global University Experience Program Manager is a key member of the Global University Relations team responsible for creating effective programs and experiences for our interns and recent college graduates (RCG). The Global University Experience Program Manager will report to the Global University Experience Manager and  be part of a global team responsible for building comprehensive and robust programs for our interns and recent college graduate (RCG) candidates.  In this role you will design, develop, and deliver experiences that result in meaningful outcomes, connect the candidates to PayPal, and enable professional and personal growth opportunities. You will collaborate with University Recruiting & Relations, University Diversity & Inclusion, and various PayPal teams to ensure solutions are aligned with their needs as well as with PayPal’s mission and vision.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design, develop, plan and deliver end-to-end experiences and programs from “Offer Accept” through the first years of early career employees
  • Evaluate existing experiences and programs and make strategic recommendations for future program improvements
  • Collaborate with team members within the University Relations organization and across PayPal to co-create and jointly deliver experiences in support of programs
  • Collaborate with global project peers and business partners to plan and deliver appropriate programs in various geographic regions
  • Stay current on industry best practices, trends, and competitive intelligence in the University Relations space

Job Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in designing and building learning and development programs and learning maps
  • Product or program management experience that results in the effective delivery of outcomes and results consistently
  • Manage planning and execution of medium to large corporate events or conferences
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Effectively collaborate across internal and external business partners and communities to build credibility and trust with partners to co-own and co-deliver important outcomes
  • Effectively solve problems from diagnosis to resolution
  • Detail oriented, organized, and strong written and verbal communication and presentations
  • You love working with the University community – students, colleges, associations, hiring managers and external partners who are changing the way college students chart out their career paths
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and “can-do” attitude – ready to roll up your sleeves and trail blaze through anything
  • Ability to work variable hours and travel up to 15% domestically and internationally

Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Experience: 5 years of related experience in University Relations, program management, and event planning
