As a team Member, will be responsible for maintaining the SAP landscape available for business operations and accountable as a team for meeting the delivery targets set by management.
• Accountable for ensuring that delivery is within the defined SLA and agreed milestones (projects) by following best practices and processes for continuous service improvement.

In depth Technical skills in SAP BASIS including the above mentioned technologies
•Daily Monitoring of SAP Production and Non Production landscape to find issues proactively and solve them.
•Perform SAP patching on ECC, PI, BI, BW, SRM, Enterprise Portal and Solution Manager and other SAP netweaver technologies.
•Have supported SAP systems running on High Availability platforms, capable of troubleshooting the system startup and performance issues.
•Independently perform SAP Release upgrade, EHP upgrade, Kernel upgrade whenever required
•Perform SAP system migration(Homogeneous and Heterogeneous migration)
•Good hands on experience in SAP Solution Manager for Daily Monitoring ( Technical Monitoring )
•Perform SAP system copies and Refresh from production system
•Take part of Application support team, should know incident handling process ( P0 and P1) which is highly critical for business
•Maintenance of multi-landscape environments through client copies, system refreshes and transport management.
