PayPal’s Real Estate & Facilities Team is searching for a Global Real Estate Relationship Lead that will serve as the primary liaison to the Business Units, develop and foster relationships with key stakeholders, coordinate with internal RE&F departments to create and communicate a robust real estate strategy, lead the change management process, and support M&A integration. The Global Real Estate Relationship Lead will report directly to the Global Head of Corporate Real Estate and will regularly collaborate with Design & Construction, Space Planning, Transaction Management, and Facilities Management on issues related to PayPal’s global portfolio.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal Business Unit leaders and their assigned liaisons
  • Develop relationship plans for each Business Unit to foster strategically-focused communications
  • Initiate regular contact with internal Business Units to understand growth strategies, space needs, and other real estate related challenges
  • Set expectations with internal Business Units and provide regular updates pertaining to real estate activities
  • Communicate the needs of the internal Business Units to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Work with the Strategy & Standards team in the development of key metrics to support real estate strategic decisions
  • Work with the Space Planning team to develop and implement effective workplace strategies
  • Work with the Design & Construction team to communicate project scope and schedule to relevant stakeholders

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations to senior leadership
  • Assist in developing and socializing a clear and intentional corporate real estate strategy

  • Corporate real estate process knowledge specifically related to design & construction, space management, transaction management, and facilities management
  • Superior relationship management skills

Education Requirements & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 7+ years’ experience required in Relationship Management with a Fortune 500 company, leading consultancy, or equivalent experience in another major industry
  • Experience in Real Estate & Facilities preferred
  • This is not a real estate brokerage position
