Global Pricing has emerged as one of PayPal’s most prominent strategic finance functions. As the Lead for our Pricing Product Launches within Global Pricing Operations, you will be responsible for the global coordination of all pricing projects and initiatives. You will partner with Finance, Product, Marketing, BU, Pricing Operations and Legal to strengthen the pricing intake & assessment process to ensure strategic pricing objectives are delivered in a timely manner for the company. Given the high-profile nature of Global Pricing projects, this role offers regular visibility to senior management and the opportunity to materially impact PayPal’s business.


  • Drive the execution of multiple cross functional business plans and projects.  Activities include strategy execution, portfolio management and program management.
  • Review project business cases and provide feedback on alignment to pricing strategy, system feasibility and financial viability.
  • Drive best practices across Global Pricing Operations leads. Encourages, supports & guides continuous improvement of the team, products & processes.
  • Design and mature the pricing portfolio practice across multiple concurrent efforts.
  • Collaborate with various regional and functional partners to roll-up key status, objectives, risk areas and mitigation plans.
  • Track project milestones, partnering with the Pricing Engineering Manager to manage development schedules, resource planning and to ensure milestones are being met by all parties and reported on regularly.
  • Partner with Product PMO to ensure milestones are being met across both roadmaps and ensure all dependencies are being addressed. 
  • Coordinate reporting on project related work across global pricing, and provide clear and meaningful updates to team and senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate project delivery across pricing development teams & other key stakeholders


  • 8+ years of relevant program management experience
  • Experience with PMO and related IT development processes
  • Strong facilitation, influencing, and behavioral change management skills including conflict resolution
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication with the professional confidence and credibility to effectively engage and interact with senior leadership
  • Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and key intersections of business & technology
  • Excellent project management and process optimization methodologies (DMAIC, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience with different software development methodologies including the agile development methodology such as Scrum, and associated tools like Jira, Rally, etc.
  • Experience in high growth / financial services industry preferred


  • Ability to operate in a highly complex cross-functional matrixed organization structure to drive direction, decision making, and priorities
  • Highly accountable, with ability to independently lead and coordinate complex projects across multiple subject areas.
