Global Investigations (GI) is seeking a talented, disciplined individual to function as part of a team supporting the administration of GI’s complex fraud and insider abuse investigations. The Program Support Assistant provides administrative support to the Head of Global Investigations, GI Directors, GI team members and other internal and external business partners by establishing strong partnerships through meetings and engagements. Time management skills are essential, as tasks will have strict deadlines and the candidate will need to act with urgency on all referrals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Key point of contact for law enforcement, government regulatory agencies, as well as internal stakeholders in respect to properly responding to requests regarding complex external frauds and allegations of internal wrongdoing.  
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external business partners to convey GI’s function strategies and value.
  • Identify and organize key internal and external stakeholder meetings and events.
  • Track engagements with PayPal clients, Law Enforcement, Intelligence Community partners as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Provide support for offsite, weekly, bi monthly meetings and town hall events.
  • Maintain and update all vendor accounts and files.
  • Maintain agenda for leadership calls and construct highlights to share with staff globally.
  • Manage GI team building events and annual recognition awards.
  • Drive special projects utilizing excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Provide suggestions and demonstrate problem solving abilities.
  • Effective calendar, budget, invoicing, and global travel schedule management.

Skills/Requirements/Education/Experience:

  • Possess a high level of integrity and be able to manage sensitive or confidential information.
  • 5+ years administrative, vendor and records management experience in financial services company.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks across a variety of mediums including investigative referrals, email queue, and calendar requests.
  • Capacity to make sound decisions and escalate issues as appropriate to GI senior management.
  • Must be detail oriented, be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven, motivated to excel, ability to work with minimal supervision, and maintain productivity in a fast-pace and at times high pressure environment.
  • Positive inter-team communication and interaction and bring a high level of enthusiasm to the projects assigned.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize a variety of software and tools to a high functional ability.
  • Some overnight travel required, often on short notice.
