The Business Financing Solutions team is seeking a seasoned, results oriented program manager to join its SMB lending team. The Business Lending Program Manager is responsible for the development and execution of processes and plans to provide predictability and transparency of our global initiatives. This role will directly manage multiple concurrent strategic roadmap initiatives that include internal and/or external development. The Business Lending Program Manager will develop an end-to-end understanding of our business lending products across the globe in order to proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies and improve communication of the overall health of the program.

Main areas of responsibility
• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple concurrent critical business initiatives
• Bring structure, communication and organization to complex, cross functional initiatives
• Ensure the timely delivery of cross functional projects involving global partners/stakeholders including product management, risk, technology, legal, compliance, accounting/finance, marketing, and others.
• Partner with the Head PMO of SMB Lending Business to develop and maintain an easy to understand portfolio health tracking summary for executive management
• Create and maintain project documentation such as project requirements, plans, issue tracking/resolution, meeting minutes, etc.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as operations, legal, compliance, business, marketing, underwriting, sales and risk to develop go to market plans and continuously work to improve new product launches, defining/sharing best practices and finding new tactics for world class execution

  • Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum of 6 years in a Project Management role in the Financial Services industry or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex business and technology projects involving diverse geographies, highly matrixed organizations, competing priorities and external partners
  • Strong understanding of the financial services and/or payments domain
  • Effective communication skills (both oral and written) across all levels of the organization
  • Domestic and international travel when required
  • Experience in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment preferred
  • Experience with agile development philosophies preferred
  • Working knowledge of global lending financial products preferred
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of go-to-market process preferred
  • PMI Certified preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required
