The Global Brand Marketing team is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Project Manager for our Brand Shared Services team. This candidate is exceptionally organized in managing workflow, deliverables, holding creative to efficiency and excellence standards, and optimizing an internal studio organization.

The right candidate thrives on structure, tools and embraces a fast paced working environment ensuring the studio is delivering on all creative and content needs in a matrixed environment across PYPL brands, Merchant, Consumer and Partner programs.

You have an expert understanding of applying best practices to build a brand creative studio, operationalizing workstreams and can take an empathetic view of both clients and creatives. You will partner with the Creative Lead and Creative Services managers to build the discipline delivering best in class creative that shapes the future of the PayPal brand. You understand the intricacies of channel creative production, particularly in the digital space, and can plan and shape an effective internal studio service for global needs.Experience managing budgets and vendors


Responsibilities

  • Project manage all Creative and Content Shared Service projects to building out PayPal’s best-in-class content capability, with a focus on digital banners, social, emails, landing pages, videos to track delivery and progress
  • Actively manage and track multiple projects and timelines across multiple channels and prioritize workstream across all production resources and SLAs
  • Partner with Creative Lead, Production Teams, Creative Services Manager to drive successful delivery of creative deliverables from briefing to kick offs to review cycles and establishing optimal meeting cadence
  • Establish timelines and milestones for both department goals and project goals, predicts roadblocks and finds integration points to move work forward
  • Build appropriate processes and program management, drive cohesive agency collaboration, finding and facilitating resources, optimizing schedules and resolving issues
  • Identify and optimize internal processes for the best results
  • Help forecast and manage, maintain budgets for production

Requirements

  • 5+ years Project Manager role at a digital agency, creative agency or studio
  • Experience in planning design, production, and development of websites, ad campaigns, and other deliverables for digital projects
  • Experience in project workflow tools
  • Understanding of customer journey, user experience, and web design principles and principles of email design and performance, performance media assets
  • Experience in fostering cross-functional working relationships in matrixed organizations
  • Skills in Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practices
