As part of PayPal Partners & Marketplaces Organization, partner reporting engineering team builds a scalable solution to expose data in different ways to our big partners. As a key member of the team, you will work on the processing and analyzing of huge sets of data in the cross-functional environment. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring services and applications. You should demonstrate strong leadership skills to drive cross-team solutions all the way to delivery.

- Design, architect, code, and implement services/components in Java and/or Node JS
- Create and enhance the Continuous Integration (CI) infrastructure
- Develop libraries for automation framework and backend services
- Architect, design and implement tools needed for Application development and release to production
- Create framework to enable unit and functional tests automation
- Partner closely with product to craft great product experiences.
- Participate in the technical design discussions, architecture improvement, propose, and implement solutions

  • 5+ years total experience delivering enterprise class Java/Javascript web applications with React.js, Node.js, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of software engineers
  • Strong ability to present technical solutions and new architecture to cross functional team members
  • Have a passion for quality and writing clean, solid, readable code that scales and performs well.
  • Hands-on knowledge of version control systems
