Your primary responsibility

  • Responsible for the external financial publication of European Headquarter of PayPal (regulated entity);
  • Report monthly to the management and head office;
  • Responsible for the annual financial budget of the Bank and analysis of monthly variance (Actual vs. Budget);
  • Assist and coordinate the external audit;
  • Responsible for coordination of the annual “Long Form Report” and other end of year mandatory deliverables;
  • Perform risk assessments, identify improvements required in the control and risk management framework and ensure improvements are made in an effective, sustainable, documented;
  • Maintain and develop robust and efficient accounting and reporting processes and related procedures/policies in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations;
  • Monitor KPIs and KRIs in order to drive the performance of the operations;
  • Ensure the regulatory compliance of the outsourced activities and control and monitor its performance;
  • Collaborate with the Business to ensure compliance is built into products and initiatives;
  • Support effort to design, implement and improve finance reporting tools, processes and solutions.
