We are looking for a highly motivated, analytic and process oriented financial analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team. In this position, you will assist business leaders and finance managers to help plan the future of the business, manage budgets and forecasts and provide day-to-day decision-making support. An ideal candidate will be deadline oriented and demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Needs to be a self-starter, a fast learner and be intellectually curious.

As a member of PayPal’s Corporate FP&A team, this position will play a key role in long-term strategic planning, business analysis and deep dives, annual budget building and ongoing reporting/planning for PayPal's Opex functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
  • Assist with month-end, quarter & year-end close activities and reporting processes
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and business case modeling as per business requirements
  • Engage in continuous process improvement efforts to streamline financial planning and budget management processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports with results analyses to finance and business leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics or equivalent from a reputed institution
  • 2-3 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience
  • MS Excel and PowerPoint expert
  • Trend & Variance Analysis
  • P&L and Cash Flow Forecasting
  • SAP / Hyperion / Tableau / Access/ BPC
