PayPal is seeking an experienced FBO sub-ledger technical support specialist with experience in Payments and Finance domain to support the sub-ledger system for PayPal new products. The technical support specialist will work closely with global sub-ledger support team to provide technical support to local finance users.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Global Sub-ledger Support team on the resolution of system bugs or other operational issues. 
  • End to end assist Global Sub-ledger Support Team with new solution implementation include requirement gathering/solution design/Testing/User Training. 
  • Provide technical training for new users.
  • Assist with or be responsible for other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

    Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or information technology related.
  • 3+ years relevant large/complex system support experience.
  • Strong system integration and data flow knowledge.
  • Strong analytical research, problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through.
  • Previous SAP Bank Analyzer experience is high preferred
  • Experience with top tier ERP systems is preferred.
  • Application IT Technical background is a plus.
  • Financial institution or payments industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills - including ability to listen to the needs of others, articulate issues in a clear and concise manner, and present findings as well as recommendations in both oral and written presentations.
