PayPal, Inc. is seeking a Manager for Enterprise Risk, Compliance, and Security (ERCS) Audits, Examinations, and Regulatory Relations (AERR) Team. The Manager provides critical support to the ERCS exam, audit, and licensing management processes, among other activities, which are material for regulatory engagement. The position reports to the Vice President, AERR team and will have responsibility for exam management, audit support, licensing, inbound due diligence and project management activities, as appropriate.

• Execute oversight of U.S. regulatory examinations and internal audits assessing the effectiveness and sustainability of the company’s risk and compliance program, including across PayPal subsidiaries
• Manage AERR governance activities and drive governance process improvements
• Support critical licensing, audit, inbound due diligence and exam project management efforts, as appropriate
• Coordinate exam and due diligence preparation and execution
• Drive documentation gathering, review, retention and dissemination of exam, audit, and due diligence requests
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to source data and other requirements to fulfill exam, audit and due diligence requests
• Ensure timely responses to reports and correspondences provided from regulators, auditors and due diligence partners, as required
• Assist with remediation activities as necessary
• Manage development and refresh of AERR team policies, guidelines and procedures
• Execute against the requirements of the global exam program
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • JD or 5-7 years compliance experience in the financial services industry, with financial services reporting experience and/or regulatory examination management experience preferred
