PayPal Global Sales Enablement is looking for a dynamic UK based Enterprise Sales Trainer to deliver impact to our Enterprise Sales Teams via multimedia channels such as face to face trainings, virtual classroom, digital media, podcasts, and more.  Through these various channels, you will deliver impact, value and delight our teams through your engaging and effective delivery, coach and develop sellers ranging from new hires to seasoned professionals, and draw upon your practitioner experience as an enterprise seller to achieve the overall business objectives.

PayPal Global Sales Enablement is looking for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Trainer to deliver impact to our Enterprise Sales Teams via multimedia channels such as face to face trainings, virtual classroom, digital media, podcasts, and more.  Through these various channels, you will deliver impact, value and delight our teams through your engaging and effective delivery, coach and develop sellers ranging from new hires to seasoned professionals, and draw upon your practitioner experience as an enterprise seller to achieve the overall business objectives.

At the root of every sales training and enablement motion, we look to improve the overall sales team effectiveness by communicating PayPal's value to current and potential merchants.  The Global Sales Enablement team supports the sales motion from identifying and contacting the prospect through successful close and implementation. The successful candidate will be an experienced enterprise seller who is passionate about teaching and learning. 

Scope: 

•         Designs, develops and implements sales rep and manager learning programs aligned with business priorities, initiatives and enterprise selling methodologies i.e. Challenger Sale, MEDICC, and Value-Based Selling

•         Delivers engaging training programs for sales managers, reps, and new hire onboarding 

•         Familiar with and can utilize a wide variety of training channels/modalities to achieve training and business objectives; including digital/online modules, live trainings, manager coaching, rep coaching, snackable learnings, and robust training curriculum. 

•         Is able to incorporate selling tools, communities and social media platforms that enable learner engagement and connection pre- or post-training sessions.

•         Builds effective business relationships with various groups within the organization including Sales, Product/Engineering, and Marketing in order to identify training priorities, gather information and define goals for the audience.

•         Gather, review and analyze course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training sessions.

•         Is able to determine the best approach for measuring the effectiveness of learning programs such as consumption, learner assessments, accreditations, learning checks, feedback and sales satisfaction scores.

•         Implements revisions to course materials as necessary to improve training effectiveness. 

•         Builds a strong knowledge of the business, including internal and external trends, and keeps up to date with PayPal business, payments industry and regional nuances.

Qualifications

•         min. 7+ years Enterprise Sales Rep or sales management experience in technology, preference in FinTech.

•         Knowledge of enablement tools (e.g. CRM, Seismic, MindTickle, Portals), process (e.g. account planning) and skills (e.g. solution/consultative selling, storytelling/communication, white boarding, customer development, opportunity development, selling fundamentals)

•         Strong, polished executive presence and business acumen a must.

•         Experience working with strategic partners and industry and/or regulator subject matter preferred.

•         Passion for teaching and facilitation and providing the best learning experiences for adult learners.

•         Experience delivering formal or informal learning programs using single channel or blended approaches, including virtual and classroom-based instructor-led training (ILT), peer-to-peer learning, on-the-job learning and eLearning

•         Proven ability to increase learner engagement in course facilitation, social media and communities.

•         Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical concepts into terms that are easy to understand for non-industry audiences in an influential and persuasive manner.

•         Strong communication (written and verbal) and consulting skills.

•         Strong stakeholder management, relationship management and influencing skills at all levels in an organization.

•         Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing content and strategies.

•         Experience managing budgets and quantifying ROI for key initiatives

•         Location of the role is London - Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as needed to deliver training.
