PayPal currently seeks a talented and entrepreneurial Enterprise Sales Manager to join our CEE market team based in Warsaw. Central and Eastern Europe consists of 23 countries, over 100M internet users, and is one of the fastest growing ecommerce regions in EMEA. This represents an exceptional opportunity to join our successful Warsaw based team, in an incredibly fast paced growth environment. As Enterprise Sales Manager you will lead the growth of PayPal’s acceptance at leading ecommerce merchants in CEE. We’re looking for someone with a consultative sales approach and a solid sales track record with Enterprise-level clients, driving revenue growth whilst also creating long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong sales strategy to grow PayPal’s acceptance at leading CEE online retailers (groceries, fashion, marketplaces and more)
  • Drive PayPal’s business in new commerce formats (app-based commerce, click & collect, self-service kiosk etc)
  • Own a pipeline of 50+ enterprise-level opportunities and drive the end to end sales cycle from establishing the need to closing the deal.
  • Manage client relationships from CXOs to operational teams
  • Partner with merchants to deliver best-in-class online and mobile check-out experience to drive incremental sales with PayPal
  • Work with Product, Marketing and Risk teams to enhance PayPal’s value proposition and design tailored solutions
  • Champion PayPal’s development across verticals and new commerce formats, by building strong go-to-market plans, ensuring presence at key sector events and building extensive networks with industry’s influencers and decision makers.
     

Job requirements:

  • min. 5 year work experience in sales, business development or consulting within a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
  • First-hand knowledge of ecommerce, retail, or payment industry, and genuine interest in digital, mobile commerce and innovation.
  • Strong presentation and listening skills: comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior executives (CxO).
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills; comfortable in a complex selling environment with multiple decision makers at many levels both internally and externally.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, problem solver and deal closer, with a positive, creative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent team player with great interpersonal, cross-cultural, communication skills
  • Fluent in English
